New 4-level, steel-framed building containing numerous concrete tanks, of which 5 are 10m high and 13m in diameter. The structure has many monorails, hanging levels, walkways and a suspended composite floor required to support heavy equipment. The structure is built on a deep stratum of reclaimed land adjacent to Botany Bay and features the existing use of structural steel for floor, wall and roof framing.
