2-storey, 14.4 x 4.2 accommodation units to house 5,000 people, with numerous single-storey, multi-floor buildings for recreation and administration facilities and steel-framed ancillary buildings.

The village was designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 356km/h and uses grouted rock anchors as its foundation system.
